These terms govern your use of Slabby (slabby.org), operated by Wints ("Slabby", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Slabby shows which stone distributors have particular natural stone slabs in stock, using inventory information the distributors publish in their own systems. Slabby does not sell stone, is not a distributor or fabricator, and doesn't act as an agent for any of them. Distributors listed on Slabby are not necessarily affiliated with us or endorsing us.
Slab counts, lots, sizes, finishes and photos come from each distributor's own inventory system and are shown as of the date on the page. Stone sells, moves between yards and gets put on hold every day, so what we show may no longer be available by the time you ask. Photos may show a representative slab or bundle rather than the exact slab you would receive, and natural stone varies from slab to slab. Always confirm availability, dimensions, finish and price directly with the distributor or your fabricator before making any decision or payment.
When you submit a request, we'll try to confirm availability with the yard and introduce you to a fabricator who works with it. We don't guarantee a response from any distributor or fabricator, that a stone will be available, or any price. Distributors and fabricators are independent businesses. Any quote, purchase, fabrication or installation is between you and them, on their terms, and we're not responsible for their products, work, pricing or conduct. Fabricators may pay us for introductions; this doesn't change the price we show you (we don't show prices) or oblige you to buy anything.

If you're a distributor and want your inventory corrected, presented differently or removed from Slabby, email privacy@slabby.org from your company address and we'll act on it promptly.
The site's design, text and our compilation and presentation of inventory data belong to us. Stone names, distributor names, logos and photos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the stone and where it's stocked.
Slabby is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of Slabby or any dealings with a distributor or fabricator. Our total liability for any claim relating to Slabby is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Slabby.
